Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs fresh chicken wings
  • Traeger chicken rub
  • Frank’s buffalo wing sauce
  1. Fill pellet grill with hickory pellets.
  2. Heat pellet grill to 350 degrees.
  3. Season half of the wings with the chicken rub.
  4. Place all wings on grill for 25 minutes.
  5. Turn wings and grill for another 20 minutes.
  6. For the last 5 minutes, turn to the smoke setting on the grill to finish the wings.
  7. Remove wings from grill and toss unseasoned wings in buffalo sauce to coat each wing.
  8. Serve with ranch and bbq sauce.
