Grilled Caesar Salad


  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons
  • Caesar dressing
  1. Heat grill (or pan) to medium-high heat (we set out grill to 350 degrees)
  2. Cut lettuce head in half, long ways. Leave the root end in tact to hold each half together.
  3. Drizzle each side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place on grill for 2-3 minutes and flip.
  5. Grill for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
  6. Top with desired toppings and EAT!
