- 2 lbs fresh chicken wings
- Traeger chicken rub
- Frank’s buffalo wing sauce
- Fill pellet grill with hickory pellets.
- Heat pellet grill to 350 degrees.
- Season half of the wings with the chicken rub.
- Place all wings on grill for 25 minutes.
- Turn wings and grill for another 20 minutes.
- For the last 5 minutes, turn to the smoke setting on the grill to finish the wings.
- Remove wings from grill and toss unseasoned wings in buffalo sauce to coat each wing.
- Serve with ranch and bbq sauce.
