Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Croutons
- Caesar dressing
- Heat grill (or pan) to medium-high heat (we set out grill to 350 degrees)
- Cut lettuce head in half, long ways. Leave the root end in tact to hold each half together.
- Drizzle each side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place on grill for 2-3 minutes and flip.
- Grill for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
- Top with desired toppings and EAT!
